Hi! I am Kathy Knudsen. I teach Resource 2nd-grade & 4th-grade math and ELAR. My goal and passion are to help your child foster a love of learning.
I have had the pleasure of teaching for 16 years. I have previously taught 2nd, 3rd, 4th, and 5th grades. My husband and I are both graduates of Georgetown High School and Texas State University! Go Bobcats!
We have 2 awesome sons: Clint, a junior at Tarleton State University who is on the Tarleton Rodeo team. Colton graduated from Texas A&M University and is co-owner with Clint of 16 Cattle Company C-C. I enjoy spending time with my family going fishing, hunting, reading, ranching, hiking, and watching our boys team rope together. I am super excited to teach at Village Elementary. This truly is the best place to educate a child!
Hi! I am Tanner Glenn! I teach 1st and 5th-grade resource/inclusion math and language arts here at Village. I am a graduate of Village Elementary and Georgetown High School. I have spent time in many roles during my career in education. First as a substitute teacher, then as a paraprofessional for two years, and now as a teacher. I am a graduate of Western Governors University. In my free time I like to play golf, watch movies, and spend time with friends and family. I am excited to serve our students here at Village. Special Education Resource/Inclusion - Grades K & 3
Hi! My name is Chloe Nolan and this will be my first year at Village teaching resource and inclusion for kindergarten and 3rd grade. This will be my 2nd year teaching, but my first teaching in Texas! I was born and raised in New York and taught 4th grade there for a year before moving to Texas this summer. I graduated from SUNY Cortland in 2022 with my bachelor's degree in Inclusive Childhood Education grades 1-6. I have always loved working with children and have a strong passion for providing students what they need in order to grow and succeed.
I am looking forward to this school year and am so excited to be apart of the Georgetown and Village community!
